XTC is now working to fill orders on production welding

Using state of the art equipment from Lincoln Electric and a Fanuc 6 axis robot arm, we can produce quality welds with repeatable results. The arm is a 2008 Fanuc 100ic with speeds upwards of 4000 ipm. We can produce parts up to 8ft in length and 3 ft in width. And with the size of our team, quantities as low as 10 pieces are not a problem. We are not limited to robotic welding, because we also can use one of our other 2 mig welds we have on hand.
